We have heard Mr. Dhorde, the learned senior advocate for applicants, Mr. Kurundkar, the learned advocate for the original writ petitioner and Mr. Thombre, the learned advocate for the non applicant No. 4.

Mr. Thombre, the learned advocate for the non applicant No. 4 opposes application for intervention.

The original writ petition is master of his writ petition. He is dominus litis of his petition. The original writ petitioner does not have any objection to add applicants in the writ petition. 4.

In the light of the above, civil application for intervention is allowed. The original writ petitioner may take appropriate steps to add intervenors as party respondents. 5.

After addition of intervenors as party respondents, Mr. Vikram Dhorde, the learned counsel accepts notice. The civil application is disposed of.
