The learned A.P.P. appearing for the State, on written instructions, submits that Section 307 of I.P.C. is added and investigation in that direction is being carried out. He further submits that so far as invoking the provisions of Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, (Drug Offenders, Dangerous Persons and Video Pirates) Act is concerned, already proposal is forwarded to the Collector. 3.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
