The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the impugned order is passed directing the payment of difference in salary to respondent no.4 without giving opportunity of hearing to petitioners.

The learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that, claim of respondent no.4 is also pending.

It appears that, the impugned order is passed without giving opportunity of hearing to petitioners. In view of that, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Joint Director of Education, Pune shall hear petitioners and

(2) 1042-wp-7822-2021 respondent no.4 and take decision afresh as per directions issued by this Court on 09.02.2021 in Writ Petition No.14799/2017. The parties shall appear before respondent no.3 on 11.10.2021. As the date is given by this Court for appearance before respondent no.3, it will not be necessary to issue separate notice to them.

After hearing the parties, respondent no.3 shall take decision on its own merits, preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
