This is an application filed by the appellants/applicants for stay to the execution of Award passed in M.A.C.P. No.342 of 2006 by the M.A.C.T., Jalgaon.

This application is pending since the year 2015. The learned counsel Mr. Bhokarikar for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 ventilated the grievances that

2 CA 7888/15 the applicants still did not deposit the decretal amount in this Court nor before the Tribunal. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to grant any relief of stay in favour of the applicants. The Award has been passed in the year 2015 in the proceeding which was pending since the year 2006. In such circumstances, the application stands rejected. The respondents/original claimants are at liberty to pursue the Award for recovery of the decretal amount. ( K.K. SONAWANE, J. ) SRM/14/6/18
