The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as vastishala teacher for more than two years and as per the Government Resolution is entitled to be appointed as Assistant Teacher.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent no.1. Mr. Chate, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3.

In case, the representation of the petitioner (Exhibit-I Colly, Page No.92) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in
