Petitioner impugns the order dated 6.11.2023 passed by the Member, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in revision case no.78/L/2023/AN thereby granting status-quo pending the revision before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal.

Mr. Shinde, submits that, in fact, the order dated 6.11.2023 was passed without giving sufficient opportunity to petitioners or even in absence of the reply. Thereafter, application was moved for vacating the interim relief and said application is still pending since December, 2023. 4.

Considering the submissions advanced and without going into merits of the matter, this petition can be disposed of

wp 7064.25.odt by passing innocuous order i.e. by directing the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal to consider and decide the application submitted by the petitioners seeking vacation of the interim relief within a period of eight (8) weeks. It is informed that now the date for hearing is fixed on 17.6.2025. 5.

In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of with directions to the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to consider and decide the application for vacating interim relief moved by the petitioners, at the earliest, and in any case within a period of two (2) months from today.
