Considering the scope of Section 451(2) and considering the order dated 01.12.2020 with regard to the suspension of the Resolution No.1175 dated 11.09.2019, it is obvious that the Commissioner or the Corporation or the Transport Manager can approach the Government u/s 451(2) and make a representation. The order dated 01.12.2020 indicates that the Municipal Corporation has been intimated to convey to the aggrieved persons, the decision of staying the resolution so as to enable them to address the State and put forth their grievances. khs/April 2022/5545

In the instant case, the petitioners pray that the said resolution No.1175 should be maintained by which their pay scale has been revised.

It is informed that after Resolution No.1175 dated 11.09.2019 was stayed by the Government Resolution dated 01.12.2020, no further orders have been passed by the State Government. 4.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition so as to approach the appropriate authority which is the Urban Development Department and put forth their cause in support of Resolution No.1175 dated 11.09.2019.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as is prayed for.
