Vide order dated 16.04.2025, petitioner was directed to take steps for service on unserved respondent nos.3, 8 to 11, 19, 24, 25 and 26C within a period of eight weeks. It was also stated that in the event, steps are not taken, petition will stand dismissed with respect to the aforesaid respondents. The matter was thereafter listed on 09.07.2025. On 09.07.2025, both parties were absent even on second call. Office note dated 08.07.2025, indicates that the petitioner has not taken steps for effecting service on aforesaid respondents and dismissal of petition against the aforesaid respondents is recorded in view of earlier order dated 16.04.2025. 2.
