PER COURT :

The learned Advocate for the respondent wife, original respondent in the petition, submits that she cannot trust the applicant petitioner that he would kick the habit of drinking and live with her.

Considering the above, there cannot be any compulsion for the wife to settle the dispute with the petitioner. 3.

This Civil Application seeking modification of the earlier order passed by this Court, cannot be entertained and stands disposed off.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner husband submits that he has incorrectly stated on 17/12/2018 that he is paying Rs. 20,000/- to the wife as maintenance which is recorded in paragraph 2 of the order. He is actually paying Rs. 13,000/- and after the order of this Court dated 17/12/2018, is now paying Rs. 20,000/-.

The learned Advocate for the wife submits that the salary of the petitioner husband is Rs. 1,00,000/ per month and this is evident from the documents received under the Right to Information Act.

Since the mediation has failed between the parties, list the Writ Petition for admission hearing on 26/07/2019. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) shp/-
