1] This application is taken out by the State Government for recalling order dated 25.4.2017 issuing bailable warrant against respondent no.3 on the basis of averments so made in the application.

2] Learned counsel appearing for petitioner in the writ petition has no objection if the said order is recalled. 3] There is substance in the contention that the order

CA 7544/17 in WP 898/17 - 2 - of this Court could not be complied with for want of effective communication as there was incorrect address and title. Now it is corrected and the reply is also filed. Therefore, in the interest of justice, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C]. Civil application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
