We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner for some time. When we expressed our disinclination since the Enforcement Directorate, has nothing to do with the facts before us, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, to withdraw this Petition. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn as the Petitioner desires to approach the competent authority under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014, if not already approached.
