The petitioners claim ACPS benefits.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 have filed affidavit. Clause 5 and 6 of the affidavit reads thus:

It is submitted that, this Hon'ble High Court in Writ Petition No.1680/2019 and other group of writ petitions, vide its common order dated 26.02.2019 disposed of the said writ petition by observing that, the petitioners who are appointed prior to 1972 then respondents shall accord the benefits of trained primary teachers pay-sclae as per Government Resolution dated 04.10.1983 i.e.

pay band of Rs.1200-2040 since 1986 and in the pay band of Rs.4500-7000 since 1996 onwards.

It is submitted that, the State Government is also party to the aforesaid Writ Petitions. It is further submitted that, the Zilla Parishad has already made request to the Government to make the funds available as pr the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court, however till the funds were not made available by the Government. As such as and when the funds will be made available with the Zilla Parishad, the petitioner herein will be given benefit as per the entitlement.

As it is submitted that, as and when the funds will be available, the petitioners will be given benefits as per the entitlements.

In view of that, respondents may accord the benefits to petitioners as per the entitlements expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
