The Petitioner is the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Belsavangi, Taluka Jalkot, District Latur. He has addressed a detailed representation dated 18.04.2023 to the Chief Secretary of the State Government alleging irregular and illegal sanction of repairs of the "Kolhapur Type Bandhara" (K.T. Weirs) involving expenditure of Rupees 116 crores and 36 lacs. 2.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the said representation can be considered by the Secretary, Water Conservation Department and need not be placed before the

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Secretary/ Respondent No.2 may take up the said representation for consideration.

In view of the above, by consent, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
