Heard learned Counsel for applicant, learned A.G.P. and learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, appeal is disposed of before Lok Adalat. After disposal of appeal, the original claimant No.2 Sonaji Dajiba Dewade died. There is necessary to withdraw the amount deposited in the name of deceased Sonaji Dajiba Dewade, as original claimant is died hence, it is necessary to bring his heirs Pooja K.

Considering the submissions of all the learned Counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause A[I]. Delay for fling Civil Application is condoned.
