Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondents. Admittedly, the compromise has arrived at between the parties and Second Appeal has been disposed of in terms of the compromise. 2.

It is the contention of the applicant that, in the Second Appeal his name has not been correctly mentioned. It is submitted that, though the name of the present applicant i.e. respondent no.1 in the Second Appeal is mentioned as Syed Mumtaj Ali Syed Wahed Ali, his correct name is Sayyed Mumtaz Sayyed Vahed Ali. In the circumstances, the prayer is made to direct the Registry to handover the demand draft in the name as

2 8556.2018CA.doc Sayyed Mumtaz Sayyed Vahed Ali. The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that, the respondents do not have any objection for accepting the request so made by the applicant. 3.

In view of the submissions so made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The Registry to issue demand draft in the name of Sayyed Mumtaz Sayyed Vahed Ali for the amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. .

Civil Application, thus, stands allowed in above term and stands disposed of.
