The learned counsel submitted that total five objections were raised, out of which four objections were removed by the applicants well within the time, however, one objection could not be removed inadvertently and hence the learned Registrar has refused the registration of the Second Appeal on stamp vide order passed on 28.02.2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants/applicants. Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants undertakes to remove the office objection within two weeks. In view of the undertaking given by the appellant/applicant to remove the office objections, the order dated 28.02.2018 is quashed and set aside. The Second Appeal on stamp number stands restored to its original file. List the matter for further consideration after two weeks.
