Heard learned Counsel for applicant, learned A.G.P. and learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, appeal is disposed of before Lok Adalat. After disposal of appeal, the original claimant Sonaji Dajiba Dewade died. There is necessary to withdraw the amount deposited in the name of deceased Sonaji Dajiba Dewade, as original claimant is died hence, it is necessary to bring his heirs and legal Pooja K.
