1) Heard. The Municipal Corporation, Latur has placed on record a communication dated 23rd February, 2016, signed by the Commissioner of the Corporation, assuring therein that the grievances of the petitioner in respect of payment of difference amount of salary for the period during which he was put under suspension as well as the matter connected with fixation of the pay scale of the petitioner, would be taken up for consideration and appropriate decision would be taken and after securing sanction from the appropriate authority, payment would be made to the petitioner. The aforesaid communication is taken on

record and marked as `X' for identification.

2) Respondent No.2 shall take appropriate steps as well as Respondent No.1 shall ensure that the proposal that may be forwarded by Respondent No.2 is considered as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. 3) The Respondent No.2-Commissioner, on receipt of necessary approval shall release the amount within a period of four months.

4) In view of above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
