The applicant has moved this application for condonation of 37 days' delay in filing present appeal for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 though served is absent.

Considering the cause assigned for condoning the delay in the light of unchallenged pleadings made in the application, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out to condone 19 days' delay in filing the appeal. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

The application is disposed of in above terms. 5.

List the appeal for admission on 10.12.2018.
