The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the appeal is filed by the petitioner in the year 2017 before the School Tribunal against his termination. The same is not decided.

In case the School Tribunal is functioning, then the School Tribunal shall endeavour to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, procedure and after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
