The petitioners are making innocuous prayer. These are minors, who have filed petition through their natural guardian-father. It is indeed unbecoming of the authorities like the respondent No. 2 in not taking any decision on petitioners' application filed way back on 18.10.2020 seeking caste certificate, although they had submitted their application apparently by following the procedure.
