On perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioners are challenging the order passed below Exh. 5 in Regular Civil Suit No. 82 of 2011 in this petition. However, on perusal of the status of the matter on CMIS of Gangakhed Taluka, it reveals that the original Regular Civil Suit No. 82 of 2011 was dismissed on 21.10.2015. No interim order has been passed in this petition.

In view of this, it seems that the petition becomes fructuous. As such, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3.
