I have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners/ original Defendants.

The issue is that the document at Exhibit 20 (Photostat copy), which has been subjected to examination and cross-examination of the Plaintiff, is said to be different than the original document which is placed on record and granted exhibit number 44.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this petition so as to point out the falsity in the document Exhibit 20, which is photostat copy, as compared to it's original, which is at Exhibit 44, while canvassing the final submissions in the matter, which are scheduled to be advanced on 08.10.2018.
