The petitioner assails the show-cause notice issued to him. He is stamp vendor. His licence for 2017-2018 is not renewed. The show-cause notice is issued against the petitioner as to why his licence should not be cancelled. It appears that no further orders are passed after issuing show-cause notice. The petitioner has filed his say on 22.5.2017, however, no decision appears to have been taken. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the decision that would be taken by the authority (pursuant to the say filed by the petitioner). 2.

As the say to the show-cause notice is filed by the petitioner on 22.5.2017, the respondents shall take decision upon it within a period of two months from today.
