Learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.5 on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the application filed by the petitioner dated 26.7.2021, i.e. after filing of the present petition, respondent no.5 has submitted a proposal to respondent no.3 to be forwarded it to respondent nos.1 and 2 for considering the case of the petitioner for regularization of service in respondent no.5's establishment. 2.
