The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks discharge in the light of learned counsel Shri. Raghuwanshi, who has caused an appearance on behalf of the petitioner. As such, the appearance of Shri. Jain, learned advocate is discharged. 2.
The petitioner prays that his proposal dated 18.08.2016 forwarded by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for inter district transfer may be considered.

The learned advocate Shri. Patil appearing on behalf of Nandurbar Zilla Parishad submits that a six years old application may or may not be
(2) 174-wp-10436-2022 traceable and recently the procedure to consider such request has been changed as the Zilla Parishad has opted for online applications. He, therefore, suggest that the petitioner should put forth an online application and the same would be considered if the inter district transfer procedure is still on going.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is agreeable.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to tender an online application expeditiously and if the inter district transfer process is still on going, the Zilla Parishad would consider the same in accordance with its policies and rules.
