The learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to remove office objections.

It appears that despite passing order dated 21/06/2022 for condonation of delay and for granting permission to remove the office objections for registration of the appeal, the appellants have not removed the office objections.

The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed on the ground that the appellants despite of sufficient opportunity, failed to

2 17 ca 6437-21 remove the office objections. However, he alternatively submitted that a time bound order as a last chance for removal of office objections may be passed.

In view of the same, a last chance is granted for the appellants to remove office objections within a period of two weeks. 6.
