Looking to the nature of the application, no notice is required to the respondent.

This Court, by earlier order, had directed to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/-. The said amount is withdrawn out of Rs.55,000/- which was directed to be deposited in this Court by the husband. Now the amount of Rs.30,000/- is still lying in the office. The proceeding is already disposed of. The wife / present applicant is entitled to receive Rs.30,000/-. The office has raised objection that the name of the present applicant appearing in the petition as per her name after the marriage, whereas she is having an

12-CrAn-1936-25.odt account in her name before her marriage. In view of the same, the office is directed to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.30,000/- lying in the office of the Court in the name of Jyoti Bapu Pradhan as given in paragraph No.2 of the application. 4.

The criminal application stands disposed of.
