Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are directed to absorb surplus teacher of English subject. The vacancy is of Maths subject and the one who is directed to be absorbed is a teacher in English subject.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

It is for the authorities to consider the

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have already forwarded the representation to the respondents / authorities. 5.

The respondents / authorities shall consider the application / representation of the petitioners (Page No. 27 & 28) dated 30.04.2019 and shall take decision within one (01) month that whether the work load would be available to the teacher sent for absorption to the petitioners institution and whether the said teacher can be absorbed for Maths subject.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
