Learned advocate for the applicant has placed reliance on the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 1926/2022 in First Appeal No. 647/2011, which according to the applicant is passed in similar matter, arising from the same judgment and award. Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of accrued interest.

In Civil Application No. 1926/2022, by order dated 08.04.2022, this Court permitted applicant/claimant therein to withdraw the entire amount of interest on furnishing necessary Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 958-CA-11283-2023 undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil application is therefore allowed on same terms as mentioned in order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Civil Application No. 1926/2022.
