Mr. Dhakne, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner is seeking directions against the Respondent No. 2 to decide his representations with regard to the payment of salary as an untrained teacher for the period as claimed. 2.

Learned A. G. P. states that, in case the same is pending with the Respondent No. 2 then, the Respondent No. 2 would decide the same on its own merits.

'F' colly." is pending with Respondent No. 2 then, Respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the same representation on its own merits in accordance with law and considering all the aspects of the matter expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.
