In view of the above, the petitioner submits that his representation dated 01.12.2022 be decided by respondent no.3 in the light of the Government Resolution dated 01.12.1972. 3.

If respondent no.3 is vested with the jurisdiction to deal with such representation, he would proceed to follow the due procedure laid down in law and decide the said representation within the parameters of the Government Resolution and the Rules applicable, within 90 days.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
