This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail since the applicant is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No. 14/2015 registered with Taluka police station, Jalna, District Jalna for the offences punishable u/s 307,143,147,148,149,323,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Ms. A.N.Ansari, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. V.H.Dighe, learned A.P.P. for respondent - State.

F.I.R. is lodged by Rambhau Saloba Magar in

2 Cr.Apln. 3256.2015 respect of the incident dated 17/01/2015. From the F.I.R., it is clear that dispute arose in view of the waste water. The only allegation against the present applicant is that when the wife of the first informant Sharjabai tried to intervene in the quarrel, that time the present applicant Latabai hold the hairs of Sharjabai.

Looking to such nature of accusations against the applicant in the F.I.R., present Criminal Application is required to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed. Interim order dated 26/06/2015 stands confirmed.
