PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that as per the order of the Apex Court, the respondents have not concluded the enquiry within a period of three months. The petitioner had filed an application for revocation of the suspension as per the liberty granted by the Apex Court on 26.04.2019. However, the said application is not considered.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondent no.2 and learned A.G.P. appears for respondent no.1.

In case, respondent no.2 has not taken any decision on an application of the petitioner dated 26.04.2019 for revocation of suspension, then

(2) 937-wp-6994-2019 respondent no.2 shall take decision upon the said application on its own merits within a period of fifteen days from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
