Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4. Learned A. G. P. waives service for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4. 3.

Petitioner is soliciting mandamus against the respondent No. 4 for taking appropriate decision on the proposal forwarded by the respondent No. 3/Principal dated 14 August 2023 for grant of higher pay scale on the ground of ACPS (Exhibit - D). 3.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent

2 wp 8410.24 No. 4 to take appropriate steps on the proposal Exhibit - D, if it has not been already taken. Same shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of five

(05) weeks from today.
