Applicant Nos. 1 and 2 are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in this case. They were seen with the deceased lastly. It is alleged that they and other accused (accused No. 3) strangulated the deceased and committed her murder. Applicant No.3 / Accused No.3 appears to us to be the main accused. He was husband of the deceased. He was in custody during the trial. He is also convicted. Having regard to the age of the applicant nos. 1 and 2 and generalized accusation against them, we are inclined to grant them bail.

O R D E R

A) Applicant No. 1 Lalasaheb S/o. Mesaji Bansode and Applicant No. 2 Sagarbai W/o. Lalasaheb Bansode be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each alongwith execution of solvent surety in the like amount each.

B) Application of Applicant No. 3 Pradip S/o. Lalasaheb Bansode for bail is rejected.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
