We have heard Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4.

Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order dated 13.02.2019 the petitioner has already filed Appeal before the Commissioner. The matter is also heard, but the order is not passed.

The Commissioner shall pass the order in an Appeal filed by the petitioner preferably within a period of 15 days. The further consequences
