These are the applications for condonation of delay of 2572

ca10148.23 -2days caused in filing the first appeals.

Perused the applications and heard learned A.G.P. for the applicant-State. Learned A.G.P. for the applicant-State pointed out the grounds stated in the applications that the proposal for filing appeals was sent. Thereafter, there was official communication for preferring the appeals. He further pointed out that the delay is not caused deliberately and due to administrative difficulty the delay is caused. Therefore, the appeals were not preferred within limitation. 3.

In view of the above and considering the reasons stated in the applications, it would be proper to condone the delay caused in filing the appeals, as the delay is not deliberate. The applications, therefore, are allowed in the interest of justice. The delay is condoned.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.12.2025.
