Having considered the submissions advanced and the reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 6 of the application, the case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 664 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off. 4.
First Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 25.6.2024. Mr. Usmanpurkar learned advocate waives notice for respondent no.2.
