ORDER

1.

This civil application has been moved for extension of time to deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- pursuant to the order dated 3-12-2014.

2.

The applicants seek to account the lapse, stating that family members were disturbed since one of them had been suffering from serious illness.

It is further being pointed out that while the writ petition was being dealt with, respondents No. 1 and 2 were served but, no appearance on their behalf was caused.

Looking at above, I deem it appropriate to grant the civil application.

Civil application, as such, is allowed. The amount be deposited within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Civil application disposed of. SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
