By this civil application filed within limitation, the applicants seek leave to be arrayed as the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No.1 - Avinash Baliram Sonawane. It is submitted that, the other prayers, more particularly, prayer clauses (D) and (E), would not be pressed in this application and a fresh application for the said purposes, would be filed. Statement is recorded.
