The Petitioners in this petition seek liberty to direct the decision on the revision application which is pending before the Respondent No.1. The learned AGP has taken specific instructions and he submits that the original application can be decided within three months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.1 to decide the pending revision application along with application for stay of the Petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within three months from today.
