ORDER :- .

The Civil Applications are filed for recall of the order

(2) WP No.8110/2018 + 1 dated 11.06.2018 by virtue of which the bailable warrant was issued to the present applicant.

This Court was constrained to issue bailable warrant to the present applicant as inspite of the fact that the matter was adjourned earlier on many occasions and even last chance was granted, affidavit was not filed and under order dated 23.04.2018 it was directed that in case the affidavit is not filed by the next date, then respondent No.4 shall personally remain present in the Court. On 11.06.2018, neither affidavit was filed nor applicant remained present. In these circumstances this Court was constrained to issue bailable warrant.

In the application, the applicant has tendered unconditional apology for not complying the orders of this Court and has given reason that he was discharging his duties as In-charge Education Officer (Primary), Zilha Parishad, Beed and at the relevant time was looking after representations of the candidates seeking transfers.

We accept the unconditional apology tendered by the applicant. The applicant shall henceforth be diligent in complying the orders of this Court.

Considering the reasons given in the application and unconditional apology tendered, we recall the order dated 11.06.2018.

Civil Applications disposed of. No costs.
