Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. representing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petition is filed for giving directions to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide the application filed on 19th September, 2014 by the petitioner to pay rental compensation on the final amount.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is aged about 75 years and no progress is made in the matter by the authorities.

In view of the nature of the relief claimed and the relevant dates which were given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court holds that the direction needs to be issued to the respondents. The respondents are hereby directed to dispose of the proceedings/application for payment of rental compensation, filed the petitioner on 19th September, 2014 within a period of six months from the date of this order. In those terms, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
