The petitioner impugns the order dated 28.05.2025 as regards to property No.7623 situated at Devpur. 2.

The petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing appeal, if he is aggrieved by change in mutation record. In that view of the matter, the writ petition need not be entertained.

Petitioner submits that certified copies of relevant documents are not provided to him, although he has applied for the same.

If such an application is filed by the petitioner, respondent shall supply the certified copies of relevant documents to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
