Per Court:

Shri Jagtap, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1, submits that the Demand Draft for residual amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) would be deposited in the Registry of this Court today itself. Considering the above, Shri Barlinge submits, on instructions, that this petition can be disposed of in view of the compliance of the order.

Taking into account the above statements, this Contempt Petition is disposed of as the order at issue has been complied with. Respondent No.1 shall deposit the Demand Draft of Rs.50,000/- with the Registry of this Court on or before 12.10.2017.

*2* 1cp386o15 Consequentially, the entire amount deposited by Respondent No.1 in the Court can be withdrawn by the Petitioner by tendering an application for withdrawal, duly identified by the learned Advocate and annexing therewith the photocopies of the Voters Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India and either Adhaar Card or Income Tax PAN Card.

The withdrawal of the amount as is permitted, would be subject to the result of Revision Application No.65/2016. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
