The order made by this Court on 23rd January 2020 shows that this Court had asked the Investigating Officer to remain present in view of the opinion submitted by him in this Court. It appears that the date of appearance was given of the month of February and now we are in December. So, he is expected to remain present on 5th January 2021.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequently some statements are recorded by the Dy. Supdt. of Police. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor is to produce that record. Keep the matter on 5th January 2021.
