The learned Advocate representing the CIDCO, places on record a compilation of documents (8 pages), indicating that

(( 2 )) 919 to 921-WP-5962-2024 the lands which are subject matter of these Writ Petitions, have been de-notified from CIDCO. This indicates that CIDCO does not desire to acquire these lands. The said compilation is collectively marked as "X-1" for identification. As such, the reservation has lapsed. 2.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to issue the notification under Section 127(2) of the M.R.T.P. Act, within a period of 75 days. 3.

Needless to state, if the Model Code of Conduct is made applicable, that would not be an impediment for issuing such notification.
