The petitioner's proposal dated 15.02.2025 for grant of approval to transfer from unaided post to aided post, effected purportedly under the Rule 41-A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981, has been pending with the Respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar (Exhibit - 'B'). 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take appropriate decision on the proposal received by his office, if it has not already been decided in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six (6) weeks from today and without referring to the Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024 and Government Circular dated 03.10.2024.
