The learned Advocates for respondent No.2 submit that the Court below has relied upon the award passed by the Reference Court in different acquisition proceedings.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that at least 50% amount be released.

In view of the objections raised by the acquiring body, at present 50% of the deposited amount be released to the applicants, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 05.
